On 19th and 20th November, the first and second day of the Sharing Cities Encounter, 2 private cities meetings and other open sessions took place. An opportunity for city representatives from different countries and continents to discuss new policies and propose actions regarding platform economy, being Short Term Rental Platforms and Data Access one of the focus.
20 cities attended this encounter: Amsterdam, Atlanta, Barcelona, Berlin, Bologna, El Prat de Llobregat, Gothenburg, Grenoble, Lisbon, Maribor, Montreal, Moscow, NYC, Seoul, Stockholm, Taipei, The Hague, Umea, Vienna and Wroclaw. The Encounter 2019 adopted a more active/output-oriented approach to take the Declaration of Sharing Cities signed on 2018 even further.
